- God called me into full time vocational ministry at age 17 and began serving at age 18. For the last 38 years it has been my joy to serve local churches in central Alabama in the positions of Worship, Missions, Youth, Senior Adult and Administrator. Truly I have loved every opportunity of service. Beginning in 2004 I sensed a calling to do missions full time. Being in the same church for 21 years made this a very difficult decision. I believe that it would have been easy to stay where God had me and retire there. But God had a different plan. In February of 2007 I made the decision to join the staff of E3 Partners. This has been a life changing decision. As of this writing and coming on E3's staff, God has allowed me to see over 14,000 people come to Christ and over 170 new churches planted by the teams I have been privileged to lead. Praise God.
